The Estel Gallery opened its doors in 2006 as a showcase for contemporary art right in the heart of downtown Nashville. Its mission is to facilitate "...the introduction of exceptional new and emerging contemporary artists whose work is innovative, stimulating, and moving."
THIS WEEK'S MEETING: BRAINSTORMING TIME!
This week we'll be brainstorming ideas for future meetings. What do YOU want to do?
Are you interested in workshops? Guest speakers? Special projects? Angora sweaters? Show up and bring your mind powers! Our meetings are casual and allow artists to get together and talk shop, plan shows and meet new people. Every artist is welcome!
NEXT WEEK'S MEETING
On April 22nd there will be a membership planning meeting. This is a special meeting dedicated to talking about our current plans, our future and how you can get involved in Untitled.
Then on April 29th we'll be having our GLOW committee meeting. We'll start the ball rolling and hopefully get some fine artists to start volunteering for the many opportunties a major show like this presents. Have you ever wanted to curate? To promote art? To get behind the scenes of a huge party in the dark? This is your chance to GLOW!
