Feedback session this week - bring your art!

Hello everyone,

Do you sit alone in your studio, kitchen, basement, bedroom, or wherever it is that you create, and crave feedback on your work from other artists?

MEETING : NOV 28 Time: 7:30pm Location: Kazu in Cummins Station + At this week's meeting we are going to have a feedback session. We'll have positive, casual, constructive critiquing that will be beneficial to all. So bring your artwork to the meeting! Something you're working on for the winter show, or something you've already finished, or something you've barely started. Anything! ALL artists are welcome - even those who don't bring artwork! We will go over the basics of constructive criticism before we begin and handout a helpful guide. + The organizers of Dr. Sketchy's Nashville are planning to stop by this Wednesday. Let's welcome this new live drawing opportunity! + We will also go over the usual Untitled "business" and welcome any new artists. + Posters and cards will be available next week, seriously. + If you have an exhibit opening or ongoing, please come to the meeting to promote it.

meeting - nov21

Hello everyone,

MEETING : NOV 21 Time: 7:30pm Location: Kazu in Cummins Station At this week's meeting.... We will go over the usual Untitled "business" and welcome any new artists. The weekly meetings are open to all artists who are interested in learning about Untitled. We will also have some crafty guests. Nashville Craft Mafia AND CRAFT-a creative community will drop by to visit. Both of these groups provide excellent opportunities and resources for local artists. Nashville Craft Mafia has an upcoming event - Rock your Stocking at the Factory in Franklin. Visit the website for more info. Lauren will be at our meeting to hand out promo materials for this event and to pick up your goodie bag items. Goodie bags will be available at the event and anyone (yes, you!) may submit items to promote yourself. Be sure to get them to the meeting to be included! Click here for details! CRAFT-a creative community also has a lot of stuff going on. If you haven't heard, CRAFT will be at the Nashville Farmers' Market every Saturday throughout the holiday shopping season. See website for more info. Jodi will be stopping by to hand out promo materials for CRAFT & the Holiday Market. And word is that there are some last minute vendor slots available. ------- If you have an exhibit opening or ongoing, come to the meeting to promote it. Meeting Nov. 7 - Sketchbook night

Location: Kazu in Cummins Station

At this week's meeting we will be having sketchbook night. Bring your drawing materials! Feel free to bring some props to draw too.

We will also go over the basics of showing with Untitled, talk about opportunities within and outside of Untitled, upcoming community events, and announce upcoming shows in the Nashville community.
If you have an exhibit opening or ongoing, come to the meeting to promote it.

2nd Annual Nashville Arts Exposition and Showcase hosted by the Metro Nashville Arts Commission Frist Center for the Visual Arts free, open to the public Tuesday, November 13, 2007 from 5-7pm Untitled will have a table at this event and would love to have you and your guests join us in representing the visual arts in Nashville. You will also be able to learn about many other arts organizations all in one place! Stop by the Untitled table to pick up an Untitled badge to wear, talk with passers-by, or hand out cards.
