FALL SHOW RUNDOWN:
1. FALL SHOW TITLE - "IN ART WE TRUST"
Because sometimes art is all we can trust.

WHEN: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2009; 6-10pm
FREE, ONE NIGHT ONLY, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

2. FALL SHOW VENUE - BUFFALO BILLIARDS
Untitled goes downtown! Yep, the Fall Show will be in the heart of downtown's historic district, right on 2nd Avenue, with a fabulous view of the river.

Please take the time to read this page on our website. It has all the info you need to participate in Untitled.

This show is limited to 125 artists! Registering early guarantees your spot!
First Come First Show! Only COMPLETE Registrations count! No placeholder registrations! :)
This means that if you register early and then register again later to change or add any info, we will take the most recent registration and that timestamp, and any of your earlier registration entries will automatically be deleted.

Remember that Untitled is just a bunch of fellow artists volunteering their time for each other, so doing your part and reading up on our guidelines helps us all very much! Thank you!

5. NEW! CUE BALL SILENT AUCTION - PICK EM UP THIS WEEK!
For the "In Art We Trust" show, we will be having a silent auction of painted cue balls by 30 Untitled artists. We have 30 of these billiard balls to give to you to paint up however you choose and submit into our Silent Auction. All proceeds from the sales from this Silent Auction will benefit Untitled. Thank you!

- Open to In Art We Trust Artists ONLY!
- Pick up your cue ball this week!
- First Come First Serve!
- Finished and dry cue balls will need to be returned at the drop off with your main piece.

GETTING THERE
Riverside Village is located at the corner of McGavock and Riverside. Go north on Main St/Gallatin Rd, Right on McGavock. There are parking lots on Riverside and on McGavock.

We will meet in the Patio Area in the Rear (there are tables, etc).

August 5: Pick show Chairs
August 12: POSTER CONTEST
August 16: Registration Opens
August 19: Deadline for Press Images
September 2: Last chance to pay at meeting
September 4: PO Box Mail Payment Postmarked Option
September 6: Registration and Paypal Option (midnight)
September 9: Last Meeting before Show (ready to hang review?)
September 16: Art Drop Off (usually 6pm-7:30pm)
September 17: Installation 9-7pm
September 18: In Art We Trust Show 6-10pm
September 19: Clean up noon- 3or 4pm
