Wanna know about the Untitled grant?

Hello everyone,


This week we are talking about the Untitled Grant. What's that? You didn't know Untitled has a grant?
Well, come to the meeting to learn more. More info is available online too. See below

GLOW planning is underway, but we need some things from you.
1. your images (deadline extended - see below)
2. recommendations for a printer who can donate/discount posters and flyers for GLOW.
3. recommendations for sponsorships (see below)

GLOW registration will begin in the next week!

UNTITLED GRANT

Learn more about the Untitled Special Opportunity Funding (SOF) Grant at the June 25, 2008 weekly meeting!

Brief Description:
Special Opportunity Funding ("SOF"), a project of Untitled artist group, is an artist-driven alternative source of funding and support designed to help individual artists take advantage of unique opportunities that will significantly benefit their work or career development, or to aid artists faced with unusual needs. Visual artists may request grants in amounts ranging from $100 to $1,000 for specific works in progress, upcoming opportunities, or special needs. Untitled does not provide general subsidies for an artist's ongoing work, only for one-time events or needs.

Send in your images! If you plan to participate in GLOW and have an image ready for print send it to info@untitlednashville.org for possible inclusion in our press release. This is not a requirement to be in the show.

We usually get some press for the show and the press people like to use pictures. This is a good way to possibly get your work published.

Need help? Email us.

What we need:
ready for print image of your work that you plan to show in next Untitled show. (One image per artist please)
Images that are not ready to print according to the guidelines below cannot be used.

IMAGE:
- JPEG
- 300dpi
- cropped to show art only
- good, clear image quality
- no glare

Please also include:
- artist name
- title
- size of original artwork in inches
- medium
- your website if available
