Calling all GLOWing artists

Hi there,

Well, the time is here. It’s the last week before the GLOW show. 10 days in fact. This Wednesday will be the last meeting before the GLOW show. Are you ready???

Where do we meet? Kazu in Cummins Station – 7:30pm. Easiest PARKING is in the corner lot across the street. Look for the Kazu sign.

Still need posters/cards to hang up and pass out? Come to the meeting. We’ll give you some.


GLOW FEES:
The $15 fee for Exhibiting Artists ($20 if your work requires blacklight and you do not provide your own) is due at the July 18 meeting or postmarked no later than Friday, July 20 to Untitled, PO Box 40232, Nashville, TN 37204. Exhibiting Artists and confirmed volunteers will be admitted free to the event.

REGISTRATION:
Artists and volunteers must register before midnight July 22nd. (Sunday)

READY TO HANG GUIDE:
This is very important. Please read this to learn how to prepare your work for hanging. Now you can’t say we didn’t tell you. ;)

ARTIST NEED TO KNOW FORM:
At drop-off you will sign our artist need to know form. This form contains important information about showing with Untitled.

GLOWING STUFF:
Did you know that dollar stores have loads of GLOWing things? Everything from necklaces, bracelets, glow sticks, flashing pins, etc.

PRESS:

- Find our press release for GLOW on the news page of our website. Send it to all your friends.

- Look for GLOW show features in local papers next week!

OTHER STUFF:

- We are still in need of a venue for our fall and winter shows – September 14th and December 14th. Do you have any ideas? Send them our way! info@untitlednashville.org
