Call for artists!

HELLO!

ABOMINABLE POSTER

Want some posters to hang? Cards to hand out? Stay tuned for when we will have these printed for you to pick up. We will also have downloadable ready-to-print files for you.

ABOMINABLE LEADERS
Thanks to everyone who stepped up to chair the winter show! We're still looking for a few lustrous folks for installation and break down.

ABOMINABLE SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Untitled would like to offer a very special thank you to artists in the form of waiving the winter show participation fee.
YES! You read correctly. You do not have to pay to be in the winter show! Untitled will happily accept and encourage donations during this time.

ABOMINABLE VENUE
We're following up on lots of venue leads. We hope to have a venue confirmed within the next week. Thanks to all for your suggestions!

Untitled would like to show our appreciation for your involvement this year by waiving the participation fee during these abominable economic times.

ABOMINABLE DATES & DEADLINES

PRESS IMAGES DEADLINE: Nov 13
REGISTRATION BEGINS:Nov 17
PAY: NO FEE!!!! (usual payment deadlines: $15 due at or before Dec 3 meeting; or postmarked by Dec 5; or online by Dec 7)
REGISTER: by Dec 7 - midnight - online
DROP-OFF: Dec 10; 6-7:30pm
INSTALLATION: Dec 11; 9am - 7pm
SHOW: Dec 12; 6-10pm
CLEAN-UP: Dec 13; 10am - 1pm

Do you know a place where we can hold our weekly meetings?
If so, let us know! We are looking for a new meeting place.

What we need:

Every Wednesday evening from 7:30pm til 8:30pm, sometimes til 9pm

Accessible - Centrally Located near downtown and interstates

Accommodate 10-35 people
No loud music

Supportive of local arts & artists

Brief Description:

Special Opportunity Funding ("SOF"), a project of Untitled artist group, is an artist-driven alternative source of funding and support designed to help individual artists take advantage of unique opportunities that will significantly benefit their work or career development, or to aid artists faced with unusual needs. Visual artists may request grants in amounts ranging from $100 to $1,000 for specific works in progress, upcoming opportunities, or special needs. Untitled does not provide general subsidies for an artist's ongoing work, only for one-time events or needs.

Open to artists who have shown with Untitled in the past 12 months.
