Hello everyone,
Thank you to everyone who gave some useful info and ideas about GLOW.
Thanks to those who have stepped up as our fall show ring leaders.
This week's meeting will be at Limelight. We are having our Fall show poster contest this week. Please plan to come and hang out and vote. See more info below!
We also need your high res jpegs for our press release. You do not have to send in images of your work to be in the show. We just need some art to send with the press release.

POSTER CONTEST: August 13
PRESS IMAGES DEADLINE: August 21
REGISTRATION BEGINS: August 25
PAY: $20 due at or before Sept 10 meeting
or postmarked by Friday Sept 12
or online by Sunday Sept 14
REGISTER: by Sunday Sept 14 - midnight
DROP-OFF: Sept 17; 6-7:30pm
INSTALLATION: Sept 18; 9am - 7pm
SHOW: Sept 19; 6-10pm
CLEAN-UP: Sept 20; 10am - 1pm

Send in your images! If you have an image ready for print and will be participating in the next Untitled show, send it to info@untitlednashville.org for possible inclusion in our press release. This is not a requirement to be in the show.
We usually get some press for the show and the press people like to use pictures. This is a good way to possibly get your work published.

What we're looking for:
Ready for print image of your work that you plan to show in next Untitled show. (One image per artist; please submit an image of the piece you are submitting into the next show)
Images that are not ready to print according to the guidelines below cannot be used.
FILE & SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
IMAGE:
+ JPEG
+ 300dpi
+ cropped to show art only
+ good, clear image quality
+ no glare
INFO:
PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE
+ artist name
+ title
+ size of original artwork in inches
+ medium
+ your website if available
